Welcome to FoodNDeal. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • User Accounts: For individuals looking to discover deals and leave reviews.
  • Merchant Accounts: For business owners to list stores and manage promotions. Merchants warrant that they have the authority to bind the business entity they represent.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Conduct & Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (e.g., reviews, store photos), but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • Attempting to manipulate ratings or reviews.
  • Using the platform for any illegal purpose or to harass others.
  • Scraping or collecting data from our services without permission.

3. Specific Terms for Merchants

Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including operating hours, location, and the terms of any deals or promotions offered.

Deal Fulfillment: FoodNDeal is a platform for listing promotions. We are not a party to the transaction between the Merchant and the User. Merchants are responsible for fulfilling all deals honored on the platform.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodNDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
